當(dāng)壓力變送器無輸出的時(shí)候,我們先需要判斷是哪里出了問題,而是草率地認(rèn)為是設(shè)備出了故障,因?yàn)樵诤芏鄳?yīng)用場合,除了單獨(dú)使用之外,還有可能與其他設(shè)備或系統(tǒng)組合使用。下面我們從幾個(gè)方面分別來說下:

1、如果壓力變送器與數(shù)顯表配合使用,這個(gè)時(shí)候如果數(shù)顯表不顯示,那么用戶有可能會(huì)說變送器無輸出,其實(shí)這個(gè)問題很明顯,草率地認(rèn)定變送器無輸出是不合理的。假如變送器正常輸出,數(shù)顯表出現(xiàn)了故障,也是可能的。這個(gè)就是用戶對(duì)現(xiàn)場故障的理解判斷錯(cuò)誤。那么如何判斷壓力變送器是否正常輸出呢?很簡單,用萬用表直接測量變送器的輸出端,測量是否用4-20mA電流值即可。當(dāng)然與其他儀表配合使用的時(shí)候出現(xiàn)這個(gè)情況,一樣先萬用表測量電流來判斷。
1.If the pressure transmitter is used together with the digital display meter,if the digital display meter is not displayed at this time,the user may say that the transmitter has no output.In fact,this problem is obvious,and it is rashly determined that the transmitter has no output.unreasonable.If the transmitter is output normally,it is possible that the digital display has failed.This is the user's misunderstanding of the on-site fault.So how do you tell if the pressure transmitter is output normally?Very simple,use a multimeter to directly measure the output of the transmitter,and measure whether to use 4-20mA current value.Of course,this happens when used in conjunction with other instruments,as well as measuring the current with a multimeter.
2、我們知道變送器是需要24V電源供電的,如果變送器無輸出的時(shí)候我們就要先考慮是否有24V電源供電或24供電電源是否正常,當(dāng)然這是基本的電工常識(shí)。不過如果現(xiàn)場如同特點(diǎn)描述的那樣,與數(shù)顯表或其他自帶有24V供電電源的表串聯(lián),那么變送器就不需要再次提供24V電源了。這第二個(gè)方面是針對(duì)單獨(dú)使用變送器的時(shí)候。

3、如果24V電源有,且供電正常,這個(gè)時(shí)候壓力變送器無輸出,就要接著檢查電源線是否接反了,正負(fù)是否接錯(cuò)。

4、如果接線正確,那么就需要檢查整個(gè)回路中是否有線路斷線;或檢查儀表是否選取錯(cuò)誤(輸入阻抗應(yīng)≤250Ω)等。

5、如果以上方面檢查都正常,那么有可能是壓力變送器的硬件出現(xiàn)故障了。比如說變送器在開始的時(shí)候由于24V電源有問題,導(dǎo)致變送器的線路板燒壞了,當(dāng)然直接無顯示無輸出了;比如選取的變送器的過載與耐壓能力都與現(xiàn)場的條件不符合,也可能出現(xiàn)高壓過度導(dǎo)致元件損壞,也會(huì)出現(xiàn)變送器無輸出;比如壓力變送器是帶現(xiàn)場顯示,也就是帶表頭,如果這個(gè)時(shí)候表頭損壞了,那么也會(huì)出現(xiàn)變送器無輸出。如果判斷表頭是否損壞呢,直接表頭的兩根線短路,如果短路后正常,則說明是表頭損壞。
5.If the above checks are normal,it is possible that the hardware of the pressure transmitter has failed.For example,when the transmitter starts to have a problem with the 24V power supply,the transmitter's circuit board burns out.Of course,there is no display and no output directly;for example,the overload and withstand voltage capability of the selected transmitter are on site.If the conditions are not met,the component may be damaged due to excessive pressure.The transmitter may have no output.For example,the pressure transmitter is equipped with a live display,that is,with a meter.If the header is damaged at this time,it will also appear.The transmitter has no output.If it is judged whether the header is damaged,the two wires of the direct header are short-circuited.If the short-circuit is normal,it indicates that the header is damaged.
